From the time we met to start planning for retirement, to then be thrown a curve ball and have to undergo intense medical treatment that has seen me sidelined for the approx 8 months, you were always following me up to make sure everything was on track.

During the time I spent in Hospital you were very patient with Jennie and helping her complete the forms so the monthly cheques were in our account before the mortgage payments were deducted.

At first I thought you would not understand my goals as I was coming to the end of my working life and you still have many years to go. With your maturity and ability to talk to me in language I understand and not use any industry jargon makes me very comfortable dealing with you every day.
